Friends, it has been too long

<p />With long work hours these days it has been almost a month since I've cooked on the Egg. I know, blasphemy. I am truly ashamed. Problem is, I get home and pretty much just want to go to sleep. [p]Well, I got away from work early today and treated myself. After prying the Medium open, scraping the rust off the hinges, and burning the mold away, the ole Egg managed to pick up right where it left off and produce this delicious tenderloin.[p]You know, life's too short to go a month without cooking on the Egg.[p]Cheers to all,[p]TRex

Looks like you made up for lost time! Thats a good looking dish. I have been off from work for a week now, and don't go back until Dec. 1, I have been cooking on the BGE just about every day. You have to stop and smell the roses! I Hope that tenderloin was as good as it looks. Don't let this happen again!
