Quick! Turkey thigh help

Bought a couple of these guys for tonight's dinner. Do I cook them like chicken thighs? I am thinking direct on a raised grid, 300 dome temp for an hour or so. What should the Thermapen say? 180? 190? [p]Am I way off base?[p]Thanks for any help.[p]Larry

Yeah cook 'em to 180-185. Hour sounds good. Direct at 300 sounds good.

Larry, too late for dinner, but........., those thighs would be great brined (12-16 hrs) and then Tsunami Spin'ed. [p]Thanks for the help with the pizza question. Got my stone y'day and 'hope' to try some this weekend.[p]Steve

Rumrunner,[p]Thanks for the suggestion. I am going to buy more of those suckers, they were great! They were only a couple of bucks for two big thighs, which we only ate about half of.[p]Next time I might try the brine.[p]If you get up Ocala way, give us a shout, maybe we can get together.
