Pig Candy/Short Ribs

What a combination for dinner...started with pig candy that did not last long:

And finished product....UNBELIEVABLE....

Then onto the short ribs....coated with evoo and DP Raising The Steaks:

On for a sear of all four sides:


Into the dutch oven with 50/50 beef broth and Malbec, carrots, celery, onions, 8 garlic cloves, garlic powder, dark brown sugar, rosemary, thyme, and Crazy Jane's Pepper:


Finished product over cheese grits....fantastic...

Happy Eggin'!
