Cookn Biker Throws a Party!! Very Heavy Pics

Cookn Biker threw a great mini meet & greet Thursday before the official one on Friday night :woohoo:
After getting her new laptop set up with the wireless modem (at least 3 beers and a very long conversation with India....) we were all starving :(
3 hour paper towel lighting Eggsperiment: enlisted hair dryer after several false starts, then Ku wraps lump around oil-rubbed lump. Yes, just like rubbing a baby's butt and diapering it
! Finally, LBGE and MBGE roaring to go :cheer:

Albuquerque Jim and Molly

prep some appetizers: smoked salmon/cream cheese stuffed Colorado Springs home grown jalapenoes wrapped in bacon, of course!

We also snacked on La Bomba and Jalapeno Cheese Bread, with a few more adult beverages along the way

the boneless rib roast was expertly cut by Molly and rubbed by yours truly with EVOO, Hawaiian Sea Salt, and freshly ground pepper

while waiting, we had to keep up with the Egghead Forum, phone calls from Ripnem (Adam) and Car Wash Mikey

some people observed while Molly cooked the fresh veggies and chopped with some of her fabulous smoked cheese for one of the salads

the Medium could only hold 3 steaks

so the Large handled the over flow of beef and all the corn

Cookn Biker also happened to have some Mango Relish which went perfectly with the meal

Wine and Lemoncello rounded out the extravaganza :woohoo:

Note: the sage smudging stick was used extensively throughout the evening, especially when the Eggs decided to "play"
:silly:
Thanks, Molly, we had a great afternoon, evening, night, and morning

What a great day.Good looking grub and with friends.Looks like you all had a great time.Did you save some lump for Sunday and Monday? You must take a trip to Harbor Freight and pick yourself up a weed burner. That lump will start so fast it will make your head spin.Have a good weekend.

next time I get to the big city will check it out. Molly swears she'd NEVER had any problems with the oil & towel method before ...

Car Wash Michael thinks, you didn't want the eggs to get lite. More time for over indulging. :woohoo:
St. Michael -
St. Micheal, had we waited for you to show, we would still be overinduldging  -
That would not have been a problem, would it?

I gotta eat! Can't drink on empty stomach. Pacing helps, too...just outpaced with adult beverages before @$^%** lump took Thursday
-- Not that there's anything wrong with that

I'm sure the booze had nothing at all to do with the handicap. :laugh:Molly
