<p />I'm just postin this to see if I can do it. The pork loin was very good though and I used a lot of you users suggestions , like mustard to start then coarse ground pepper , kosher salt , basil , etc. I got some pics I will be postin on the home grown jalapenos smoked and made in to Chipotles in Adobo sauce , but I better wait till they get finished first.
