Looking for a new poin loin receipe, have used Mr. Toad's and it was good, but want more of a bbq receipe that will get flavor inside the meat; need a good brining process.
Thanks Bob

    <p />Howdy Foxrunbob,
I see your question is kinda gettin buried down here, and you could use an answer! I might be able to help a little, though I am not an expert on loins. In fact, I just cooked my 5th or 6th (ever) two days ago...pictured here. I was really happy with the flavor with just the rub, and a partial bacon wrap. However this was a "rib end loin" and it probably has a little more fat and flavor than the larger lean end.[p]A brine is a good idea for pork loins. The link below is an excellent brine for thick chops, but it works on a loin, just go longer. I have played with this brine quite a bit, keepng the salt ratio the same, but using apple juice, maple syrup, lemongrass on other fun stuff. The Spice Cooks recipe below is a real good brine as is, or it makes a great starting point if you want different flavors.[p]Have fun, and I hope this response is not too late!
