We recently cooked up some wings with this Dizzy Pig rub. Boy they were great! I tried them again yesterday for lunch, and they were outstanding once again! The sugar in the rub carmalizes nicely for a crispy wing, with a little bit of heat. Cooked them direct on a raised grid at 300 for about an hour, flipping occasionally. Really easy and good. Would post a pic, but they didn't stay on the plate long enough.[p]
