<p />The missuz is in Thailand, and like MollyShark's thread below, the time has come to enjoy some stuff we don't normally cook. The twins and I will be consuming some serious meat, no doubt, over the next couple weeks.[p]The kids are still at school, but the country ribs are on. They were some nice looking slabs of shoulder I picked up from costco. Sorta like 2 inch thick bone in shoulder steaks. Thinkin 'bout goin 250 direct on the upper grate for 3-4 hours....prolly 175-180 internal, or whenever they be tender. Haven't figgered a side dish, but there is time. [p]Seeing as it is right about beer thirty, and the 60mph winds yesterday blew away all the leaves that I was gonna have to rake, I'll have some time to park my rearend, and give the side dishes a thought. Then again, who needs side dishes??[p]A friday afternoon "heee" to yall.
Chris
