I followed LC's directions with EVOO, salt and pepper on the egg at 450 then add diced cukes, tomatoes, blue cheese and a drizzle of basalmic glaze after removing. Now she has me eating green stuff :huh: :blink: :ermm:

We tried it using individual leaves sprinkled with olive oil and Dizzy Pig Shak'n the Tree and a little kosher salt. Turned out great.

I would'a never thought leafy bushes could be grilled but yes they can and yes they're tasty.
