Mex Meatloaf

Today was a cold and windy stay-inside kind of day, so I finally made Spice Cook's Mexican Meatloaf recipe. For the hot chili powder, I used chipotle powder. At 350-375 dome temp, it was done in one hour, a little sooner than I had expected. For those who haven't tried this one, do it. It's excellent.
