Never really regretted cooking a nice ribeye steak in a time-pressed situation. If I been eating too much beef lately, I will opt for a nice thick chunk of grilled fish. Rub 'em up and go baby.[p]In your haste don't forget the beer.

nothing like a big old honkin burger coated with kosher salt and dizzy pig cowlick. . grilled at around 400 degrees (slightly lower temps allow them to absorb a little more of the egg's magic powers). .we don't even eat them on buns anymore or with condiments cause they taste so good. ...[p]other quickies we like are crab cakes, grilled salmon. .. shrimp (they take less than 10 minutes). . .flank steaks...

My favorite quick dish is shrimp on little bamboo skewers, marinated a bit with garlic. They cook in 5 minutes and are great. Good question.

1. Pork tenderloin
2. Vegitarian Pizza
3. ABTs
I never was any good at making the hard decisions.
