Grilled Swordfish with Chipotle Cilantro Butter

My wife Jackie wanted Swordfish for dinner last night so I found this recipe and it turned out very good



Started with bakers, with bacon grease salt and pepper on a raised grid at 400*

Swordfish with Lemon, olive oil, and Chef Paul Prudhomme's blackened redfish magic for 5-min. a side at400*



Served with chipolte cilantro butter, potato with butter,sour cream and chives, and salad
This was a very good meal
