TM Hess,[p]No problem. Here are the basics courtesy of JSlot.
29 oz. canned peaches, drained
1 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. milk
3/4 stick of butter[p]Sprinkle small amount of sugar over peaches and plce in baking dish. Melt butter and pour over peaches. Mix flour, sugar and milk together to form a thick paste. Pour evenly over peaches. Bake @ 350 degrees until crust is nicely browned. Easy enough and all from memory. Mac

Thanks for passing that along, Mac. Just one change- the melted butter goes in your casserole dish, or whatever you are cooking the cobbler in, before the peaches go on top. The peaches should rest for 15-20 mins in another bowl with some sugar sprinkled on top before being placed in the casserole dish with the melted butter. Enjoy!![p]Jim

JSlot,[p]Hope I didn't steal your thunder! I just happened to see the post as I was getting off work this morn' and, since I've made this stuff SEVEN TIMES since you posted the recipe, I just thought I'd pass it along. Delicious stuff and absolutely impossible to screw up. i hope everyone here tries it at least once. We both know they would not be disappointed. Mac
