Just tried it tonight . LODGE Cast Iron has what they call a Pizza Pan. Fits Large BGE perfectly. 14" then the handles. Sets right on the grid.[p]Cooked some Beef tenderloin sliced thin with a little teriaki sauce and added a mix of mushrooms seasoned with some flavored oils.[p]GREAT.[p]The Best Part it only Cost $28 +tax, Specialed ordered through Tru Value Hardware.[p]Worth a try to those who want

  • Flyfish,
that is a great purchase. . .i use a flat cast iron pan in my egg all the time. .. try doing a trex steak with the cast iron pan. . .heat up your egg to over 750 degrees. . put the pan in there and let it get up to temps as well. . .then do your trex sear in the pan. ..after the sear, remove the pan (carefully), and follow the normal trex instructions. .. we really like our steaks this way. .. .
