Which ones should I consider? We like to cook pork (tenderloins and eventually butts), steaks, chicken, and gulf fish mainly. Thanks.

I would get a sample pack so you can try them all and decide which ones you like. Our top three are coarse grind, tsunami spin, and raging river. Cow Lick is also good. [p]~nikki

Okay, I s'pose I'll hop in here even though I normally try and sit back. Dizzy Dust (or RedEye) for the T-loins, Cow Lick for steak, Tsunami for chicken/fish, Raging River for fish. Order a couple/few of those, and I'll send you samples of the others![p]Thanks!
