Man-o-man! I finally got around to doing the Dizzy Pig Ragin' River/Maple-butter Salmon last night. Incredible!! What a great and easy recipe....even I didn't screw it up. It's all in the rub.[p]BTW, I've been trying to tell you guys that living in Louisiana (ChefWil) addles your brain. Must be the swamp gas. [p]Mike
