No news on the trailer but insurance says we have full replacement value policy. We have to wait 30 days (mid Sept) to see what that truly means but hopefully by October we wil be looking for a new camper..

Now the dilemna will be where to park it... :S

Thanks for asking and I will keep you all posted.
  • There are locks that can be pot on the hitch part of the trailer, but most are easily defeated. They now make a trailer tongue that is removable. Maybe that is something you would be interested in.

We had what we thought was a pretty good trailer hitch lock...not.. oh well lesson learned...there are a lot of new locks and we like the "boot" type that attaches to the wheel & axle...expensive but worth it..anyway we will see when we get the new camper...but i assure you we will have something a lot better... :cheer:
