I know this is good but would like to hear some thoughts. Robust and Sweet. Anybody make their own and is it better than bottle ?

The first I had was the robust. My wife loved it from her first taste. At first I just thought it was ok, but it has really grown on me. It has a really unique flavor that I cannot describe, but we put it on almost everything, but I find that it gets "lost" on ribs compared to Blues Hog. It does have a pretty good amount of heat. Next I tried the chipotle. My wife opened it accicentally and applied it liberally to pulled pork, like she would with the robust...it was too hot even for me! I tried the sweet this week for the first time, just on a spoon. My first impression is that it is good but a little bit "ketchupy" tasting. I have not tried it on meat yet, but I am anxious to try it on ribs since I like the sweetness of Blues Hog.

I recommend you try this sauce, especially the robust, it is not like any other I have tried. I hope this helps.

I know these are different sauces but I would like to know the differences of the two.

Blues hog is much thicker and much sweeter. It is my favorite on ribs and chicken. It is best when cooked on the product for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to thin and develop.

Carnivore is more of a finishing sauce that is much thinner and more savory with a little kick. It is best on brisket and pulled pork.

Carnivore is also excellent as a pizza sauce; if you are going to make an atypical pizza with some weird stuff on it, try a nice base coat of Robust instead of tomato sauce, you will not be disappointed

I did a 3 slab taste test this weekend.I cut BH original with a little apple juice and the same with Carnivore because I don't like thick ooey gooey sauce on my ribs. The Carnivore was the best of the sweet ones.I used BH TN Red on another slab that was my personal fave.BH original is just too sweet for me,like sweet baby ray's,I just don't care for it.If I want sweet,I'll bake pies and cakes. :)
