I have a small -- 2 lb -- boneless pork shoulder.[p]Any ideas on temp and time?[p]Thanks

    toronto james,[p]Two pounds? The hog could still be walking around after they cut that off of him. Kind of like those crabs that they take one claw off of. [p]What you have is a thick pork steak. I'd cook to about 180 and slice or chop it, otherwise you'll dry it out. To make good pulled pork you need the drier barky outside meat along with the juicy tender inside meat. You ain't gonna get both out of a two pounder.
