As the publisher of Fiery-Foods & BBQ magazine and the Fiery-Foods & BBQ SuperSite, I'd like to welcome Dr. BBQ, Ray Lampe, to our organization. Ray's column, "Ask Dr. BBQ" will run in every issue of our magazine and is posted as a database at the attached link. Feel free to ask Dr. BBQ any barbecue, grilling, or smoking questions and he will endeavor to answer them. For those of you who don't know who Dave is I'll give you a little background. He pioneered Chile Pepper magazine and when that relationship ended he started Fiery Foods & BBQ magazine. He runs the Fiery Foods Show in Albuquerque, it's a huge deal in the Fiery Foods industry and he is also the guy who gives out the Scovie Awards. He is very interested in getting BBQ on board with his projects. [p]The Pope of Peppers is legend in his field and I am thrilled to be associated with him.
