Yes--they have 6' long probe wires available--but they're about $17 each. (they also have two-pack with the food and smoker probe.)

The probes have standard jacks on them. I am not sure if the length of the cable has anything to do with calibration. However, Maverick offering probes with longer leads would lead me to think the wire length won't make much of a difference.

For a fairly inexpensive price you could pick up male and female connectors along with some thin insulated wire or thin dual run speaker wire and make some extensions.
