Cookbook for Ceramics Cookers

Just wondering... is there a good cookbook out there published for ceramic cookers? I have to agree that the cookbook that came with our BGE isn't much (or perhaps any) good.[p]The recipes posted here sound wonderful, but was wondering if such a book might exist.[p]Chris in Pearland, TX (all bogged down searching for the best natural lump charcoal... seems to be a job all in itself <g>)

Chris,
Start with the Wise One's cookbook on the Naked Whz's Web. I have tried to give you the link

Flyfish,[p]Truly a wonderful cookbook... thanks for the link. I bookmarked it and will print it out.[p]What I was wondering though if one exists sold in a bookstore. Did a search and apparently not.[p]I probably have cookbooks on the brain because I'm on a foodie mailing list and we recently self-published a cookbook from recipes posted on that list over the past ten years.[p]Chris in Pearland, TX

Chris,
worth a try I suppose, but WiseOne who assembled/edited that whole thing for BGE told me Ed Fisher had 500 of them printed. Perhaps if you call Hotlanta Monday maybe they still have a copy or two.

Chris,
<all bogged down searching for the best natural lump charcoal> [p]Not a big deal or a hard kob it's all been researched and done for you. While you are on The Naked Whiz site check out his charcoal comparisons. The two top ones, Wicked Good and Ozark Oak are truly the best. Use both of them and let me say, that lump makes the end product just that much better.

RRP, the one printed for EGGtoberfest is close to but not exactly like the PDF copy. However, I've got some ideas for other cookbooks in the works. Stay tuned.

Wise One,[p]Yea!!!! I will stay tuned.[p]
