Rinse or no rinse? The recipe I have says not to rinse the seeds, put them in 200 degree oven with some salt till done. What do you guys do?

did some Mon. night on the egg. Rinsed, salted, baking sheet on raised grid over pizza stone. Cook until JUST beginning to brown. MMMMMGOOD!
