My brother and I went and picked up an XL from Northfield Grills today.

We are having a Pork Fest tomorrow for the family. I cleaned the XL and loaded lump, Man the XL is HUGE!

I was able to fit 52lbs. of pork shoulders on this monster.

Here is our Mini and borrowed XL next to our RV. The Mini is making dinner tonight, flat iron steak.

More tomorrow when the pork is done.

With the advice of fellow forum members I was able to finish cooking by 1:00 PM. The shoulders looked and smelled wonderful.

I foiled and wrapped half the shoulders in towels and delivered them in a cooler to my dealer for his party.

After resting for an hour I started pulling ours and serving.

Our party enjoyed there pork, I will find out how my dealer enjoyed there's Monday.
