First Time User: Back on line - First of all - Many, many thanks to YB who helped me get my egg home. Even though he got cut on the stainless steel door (Which he told me to be careful of), his input and help was appreciated. Hope he doesn't sue!!!! We had a beer after we unloaded it and he provided everything I needed to know. Thanks again YB[p]Cooked a pork loin Sat. night, it was the best tasting pork loin I have ever had, no question. Last night did Salmon Steaks. It was the first time I ever cooked out two nights in a row. [p]Had trouble adjusting the temperature, but I'm sure that comes with experience and experimentation. Looking forward to future evenings and tasty treats.[p]My "cleaver" name will simply be: RDcooks - Keep in touch

    Raymond D. Troiano or should I say RDcooks,[p][p]Sounds like you're well on your way! As far as cooking two night in a row, it will only get worse (well, I mean better). It's like you have new taste buds! Temp control isn't really hard. You'll get it quickly, by the third or fourth cook, you'll start to find what works.[p]Now, just get some pictures on the web so we can see what your creating![p]smokey.gif
