Florida Mini Fest Bologna Survey

Getting closer and closer to the first of many Florida Mini Fests and this weekend one of my food purveyors is having a sale on , you guessed it "Bologna'.

Need an approximate idea of how many are interested is this blended meat special and how much you think you will consume? For those aficionado of this fine gastronomical delight I am going to make some with the new Indian River Kona Koffee Rub. TIA
PS: will ship overnight in dry ice any that is left over if you pay the freight. FOB Melbourne Fl.
