Free Dutch Oven

I have a Chefmate Dutch Oven I purchased at Target about 18mos ago. It has some rust, probably both from my lack of proper care on my part, and it being less than premium quality. I tried cleaning it with vinegar, and a couple other recommended techniques. There is still a fine layer of rust. I upgraded to a "Lodge" and have no use for it anymore.
If someone wanted to really get in there with a wire brush or power tool it ight make a good DO for someone. I hate to throw it away.

I can bring to upcoming North Georgia Egger events &/or Eggtoberfest.

I will post a PIC if anyne interested.
