If you have a Fresh Market around your neighborhood, you might like to try what I just tried. In the meat case they have some very interesting looking Italian Pinwheels. Beef, ham, cheese and spinach rolled up into a roulade. I popped them onto a raised grid at 450 degrees, 10 minutes per side, and man oh man, they were a treat! No smoking woods, just some fresh lump to just a touch of smoke. Yum.[p]TNW
