There is at least one forum member who wants to see this. Many of us make our own dough but it is good practice for a beginner. Please enjoy this whether as a learning experience or to summon a smile. It’s a long one…..
A couple of shortcuts to get started

Combine dough mix with water as specified

Spread out a little all purpose flour and coat hands with it

Work it with your hands a few minutes then form into a ball

Put in a clean bowl, coat with EVOO, & cover with kitchen towel. Let rest for 10-15min. Leave for an hour or 90 min if using home homemade dough.

Vented Pizza pan and a couple good cheeses. (you can use just packaged mozz)

A perfect circle is NEVER necessary, doesn’t matter what you skill level is.

Spread a thin layer of your sauce. I was gonna sell this one on Ebay because I thought I saw the image of the Virgin Mary in there.

Some packaged Mozzarella

Fresh Mozzarella & Feta. (fresh mozz usually comes in larger “balls”, this was on sale)

Added some leftover onions/peppers as well as some chopped breakfast sausage. I like to go a little light on the topping. Also some fresh cracked BP and Kosher Salt.

Plate Setter Legs Down, Little Green Feet, Pizza Stone

Hot Egg

After a couple of minutes you can easily slide out the pizza pan, for a crispier crust directly on stone

Fresh Basil added towards the end of the cook

This is Sooo much better than any frozen pie ever thought about. Although using feta and basil together may not be my greatest culinary feat.

GREAT job!
Do you realize you have raised the bar for hundreds by casually sliding your raw pizza off the pan onto the stone without disaster?
You a former-beginner now.
