I was reading a Food & Wine mag yesterday while waiting in my doctor's office and saw this article about a tomato farmer. I love it when someone is passionate about something, and this guy was all about tomatos. By the time the doctor invited me in, I wanted a bloody mary, tomato parfait & tomato salad. I settled for the salad, sans chives. Scotty don't do chives. Here's the link to these interesting recipes:

    i too am always amazed by someone with passion. i find that if THEY find something intensely interesting, it makes it that much MORE interesting to me.
