Anyone going? Is it worth going to? It is the MD state BBQ championships. I have never been to anything like this. Since I am unable to go the Fest and missed the Waldorf fest, I figured why not....

    definitely go up and check it out!!!! . .. free range isn't competing this year, but i may go up friday night or saturday morning and hang out for a bit. .. .dizzy piggers will certainly be there and i assume the bbq guru guys will as well, along with a whole bunch of other good teams. . . .there is always a bunch of good food to be had and some good bands!!. ... and big crowds. . ..its a great event run by some great folks. . . .don't miss it if you are close by!!

    I am in the Timonium area, so going to Belair is nothing for me.
    Are there usually lots of vendors there?

    The BBQ Guru will be there for sure. Getting in thurs afternoon, looking forward to seeing you Max.
    As for vendors there are a number to choose from including one of the best competitors in the country.
