Looks great. Amazing what that little thing can do.
I noticed your fire extinguisher on the deck. Not a bad idea - may have to pick one up for my deck. (Although I do have a hose only 15 feet away.) -
SWEET!

I must say the "mighty mini" is surprising me everytime I cook with it.
Still learning how to use the mini but the small amount of lump and high temp achieved just blows me away.
The mini kim woo is a great addition to the mini as well as it get you cooking at the felt line and provides flexibility in using the 8 inch baking stones. -

LOL. Now y'all know how I felt with all the banter on the Thermapen and Maverick ET-73  It worked on me,
I'm probably going to have to miss a week's worth of happy hour at my club to break even.
:(
Had to have the mini, didn't want to be the only single egg parent on the site.

Thanks. Trudat, I already dropped some steak juice on the lower lip last night, sort of a christening of sorts

With all the information and sharing out here on the forum using the medium nest was probably my only original eggin' thought except maybe making my own ash tool for the medium

Kim, you had a lot to do with me going for a mini given all your cooks and especially you and Tom's work on the mini KIM woo (I genuflect in your presence
) Cooking at the felt line and being able to use the baking stones frees up your imagination for cooks.
Thanks!
