I picked some of the most beautiful Sockeye Salmon fillets that I have seen in a while from the Dekalb Farmers Market. I decided to maple glaze these bad boys. I also prepared some Dutch Gold potato's and a salad. Man oh man it was out of this world. The wife, who thinks salmon stinks too much to be any good did not leave a morsel behind :P .

Here are the pieces. They were prepared very well. I only found a half dozen pin bones...

Here are a few shots of the Maple Glaze. It consisted of Maple Syrup, Tabasco Sauce, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, and Onions...

The potato's went on the egg first since they would take longer than the salmon...

Everything was wonderful and the Wife liked it so much that it is a do again :woohoo: . And that says a lot because Salmon is easily he least favorite fish. Peace Out!
