Congrats Clint!!! Now you must remember....once you learn to toss, you have to offer it to Eggers!!! :woohoo: We have to keep this going!!

Have a blast with it!! If you need a good dough recipe, you will find a whole bunch in the forum cookbook.
It is truly going to be interesting to see how many Eggers can learn to toss a pie with this kit!!
(kit originally purchased by AZRP....Thanks, Randy!)
And Susan...don't forget to sign the cover!!!

Hey L.C.,I found a Kitchenaid Pro 500 stand mixer,NIB on craigslist for $60,whatta ya think??? BTW,How are you and Tim holdin up?
-
Hoss...NIB??? (As in...New In Box???) Just guessing? If so...SNAG IT!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: Thats a $300 piece of equipment....

We're doing fine, thanks....keeping busy to say the least!
-
Thanks, the ad says it is 575 watt but all the 500's I find on google are less wattage than that.Glad ya'll are O.K.
-
Hoss....I Have 575W. Even at 500, I guarantee you will get more power than you will ever use. Dont miss the opportunity. Even the bottom of the line Kitchenaid retails for $300. FWIW, my two cents.
-
Hey Hoss - grab it quick! I have the smaller 300 watt and it is great. Get the grinder attachment and you can start making sausage and grinding your own chuck. You can even make Zippy's chicken thigh burgers!
-
Congratulations Clint! Learn quickly and pass it on. They might have to create a separate pizza forum with for all of the tossing champs.
-
Congrats, Clint. Cannot wait to see what you do with it!
-
You get a few weeks at most and I will be looking for it to head to Alabama.
