Wow,this was great.I cooked a pork tenderloin on the XL,raised direct at 300-350.Very good stuff. We(wifey)marrinated it in plain yogurt, with rosemarry.Turned out great, and we did 6 chicken breasts the same way(for weekday lunches)Very yummy, here's a few shots for ya :P

Nice. Was that enough flavor for the meats? Seems too simple. I suppose yogurt acts like buttermilk, a tenderizer. Thanks.Molly

Looks good , I gotta try using yogurt sometime. Seen several people using it here.

I love the yogurt marinade -- gives a nice tangy crust to the chicken breasts.
You should find a more efficient way to clean that grid though. -
I don't care too much for yogurt but your cook looks very good. How did the yogurt effect the taste?
Also not a bad fire starter. -
Thanks Gasman, the yogurt is worth a try(IMO).I will be doing it again :woohoo:

You're right about that Ron,the yogurt gives it a little different crust, but in a good way
As for cleaning the grid,I was just speeding things up a bit

Hey Bill,I'm not a yogurt fan either, but it's a great marinade.Even knowing what it was,I couldn't taste it in the finished product
-
Hey Mickey, these were marrinated all day, about 8-9 hrss.I don't know if going overnight would make a difference, but I may try it next time
-
Interesting, thanks.
