A 3.5 lb eye of round roast

125 internal cooked at 250 degrees and then seared at 610 degrees.

Toasted 5 grain sourdough bread with creamy horseradish sauce.

and bacon!!

Gotta love homemade roast beef sammitch. I am surprised that it was only 125 internal, your picture makes me more willing to try a lower temp. Thanks for posting.

I love roasts on the egg. How long did it take for internal temp to hit 125?

I forgot to time it. Over 2 hours.
I did plain with maple chips.
I wanted to see how it would taste by itself, since this was the first time.
I will use some Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks next time.
