On the DVD that comes with the egg, they show cooking Bananas Foster. However, when I flipped my DVD over to get the recipe my computer was unable to read it. Can somebody please post the recipe here? I checked the recipe library and it's not there...

Thanks!!

it's not per se a banana foster recipe. But, here's what I did in April at the OKC fest...Iron Egg Chef Competition.

    unpeeled bananas
    unsalted butter
    rum
    brown sugar

place your unpeeled bananas on direct, about 350. As they cook, the peels will start to split. Rotate them, and they will start to turn black. Remove and they will continue to cook in the peel. Now, in tin pan, melt your butter, add brown sugar, and some rum. Sorry...no increments...I had to improvise. AND, it just depends on how many you're cooking. Next, slit your peels, and scoop out banana with a spoon, and drizzle your rum sauce on top. I served mine over a piece of Rum Cake, Ice cream of course is a very nice compliment too.
    Enjoy...
