half-frozen pork butts

I have two half frozen pork butts. Should I wait until completely thawed or will they be ok?

    ryan, I'm sure by now they're completely thawed but I have put poartially frozen ones on before with no apparent ill effects. It makes sense that since the center is frozen and the center cooks more slowly than the outside it would cook even more slowly when the butt is partially frozen. However, you're talking about a long process so I don't think it will make much difference.
