Fajita Attack!

We had Fajita's tonight and they were awesome
. We rubbed up a flank steak a day ago with Taco seasoning, Garlic, Kosher Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire, and a little Garlic Chili sauce.
The stuff featuring Chef Brie...

Chopping some Onions... Poor Chef Brie nicked  herself with the knife for the first time. A little upset but she recovered well to help finish dinner...

Warming up the Fajita engine  ...

Getting the stuff on the egg. You will notice a little strip of flank for the Onion and Mushroom pan for flavoring along with Butter and Olive Oil...

Seasoning the Onions...

Finishing the meal up...

Man everything came out perfect...

This was great I hoped you enjoyed the show! :woohoo:

i usually put a bandaid on it and then put a glove on i actually have washed my hands with the glove on until i could get to a stopping point and get some real first aid
