Fajita Attack!

We had Fajita's tonight and they were awesome B). We rubbed up a flank steak a day ago with Taco seasoning, Garlic, Kosher Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire, and a little Garlic Chili sauce.

Chopping some Onions... Poor Chef Brie nicked :ohmy: herself with the knife for the first time. A little upset but she recovered well to help finish dinner...

Getting the stuff on the egg. You will notice a little strip of flank for the Onion and Mushroom pan for flavoring along with Butter and Olive Oil...

    that looks great!!!

    sorry to hear about your assistant but i guess it is part of cooking even the best chef's cut themselvs... i remember watching the biography on food network about mario batali in his first show for food network he cut himself in one of the first scenes and did the rest of the show with a towell wrapped around it :sick: i usually put a bandaid on it and then put a glove on i actually have washed my hands with the glove on until i could get to a stopping point and get some real first aid ;)

    Good job Brie! :woohoo: Sorry about your finger though, saw your band-aid :pinch: , happens to the best of us. Doug gets an "atta boy" for teaching good techniques so early, looks great B)
