Thanks Eddie, since I am orginally from the gulf coast as well, bacon wrapped shrimp and crab bread. Still deciding on the wood to build the stand out of. Be a little while.

Will do and thanks. trying to decide what to build the stand out of. I just extended the salt treated deck to make a kitchen area,capped everything in cedar. PT lumber not the most attractive thing and cedar is to soft. decisions, decisions.
