QBabe wanted me to post this pic as soon as I got back to town (last nite). I'm not sure of the specifics on this cook other than the bacon wrapped filets were approx 20 oz each and the temp, at time of the pic, was at 750°. Banker John was passing around some demom rums and I'm glad that I was able to stand still long enough to take a good pic of this cook :) The steaks and the comraderie were second to none.
