OOOHHH MAN!!!! I am so ready to do a turkey. I just love them off the egg! I keep forgetting when I go to the market and then kick myself LOL

I did a turkey today, too! It was fabulous! Tomorrow (or the next day or two) I will post the sides-- egged okra and egged peach salad. We could not believe how good it was.
