Howdy all![p]I got to make GFW's chili on Sunday. Beautiful day, sunny and 70. I tell ya this is one good chili. I love the different taste it has. I kicked it up a few notches trying to dissolve my huge pepper population. [p]Fall is upon us. Jerky and chili...................Yum.[p]Ya'll have a great weekend at the fest. Forget those low carb diets. :)[p]Mick[p]

    Chili sounds great! Is the GFW recipe available? Fall only lasts about 2 days in San Antonio, and usually doesn't show up until January, but I want to be prepared. [p]However, it was certainly fall in New Mexico last week. I pick up my pictures in about an hour. If there are any are good ones...I'll post them. [p]Looking forward to our inaugural Texas Fest here in a couple of weeks. Apparently, I've forgotten how to cook over the past few months, so I'll just be watching and sampling. [p]Take care,[p]Mike
