Vinegar based Coleslaw (recipe)

Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:20
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1 medium cabbage -- shredded
1 Large onion -- Grated
1 small bell pepper -- Grated
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vinegar
3/8 cup oil[p]SPRINKLE THE SHREADED VEGETABLES WITH 1/3 CUP OF SUGAR.
IN A POT BRING TO BOIL:VINEGAR, OIL, DRY MUSTARD, CELERY SEEDS & 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR.
POUR OVER THE CABBAGE MIXTURE.
COVER & REFRIGERATE.[p]GREAT WITH PULLED PORK.
