We threw on some Flats tonight for dinner. They were really good and have OFFICIALLY replaced London Broil in this house. Brie helped as usual.

Brie rubbing up the steaks. We used Nebraska Prime Steak rub, Sea Salt, Soy and liquid smoke. She prepped them yesterday...
