We've only had our LBGE for a couple of months and more and more we love it! Everything Greg has tried has been good, most delicious. Today, as I was getting ready to send some leftovers out (Jake the Rottie gets most :) ) Greg says...wait, I've got an idea. He lights the EGG and has me chop some ham and green onions. Put that and 4 different cheeses on some tortillas and whal-la. The most delicious quesadillas I've every tasted! I really love being his guinea pig :P

Looks awesome! Quesadillas are some of my fav's on the Egg. Try them sometime with a bit lower heat, oiled on both sides lightly first, then cooked direct. ;)

...this is a concept I can't wrap my head around...he just asks you to help with the meal and you do it?? I've heard of that happening but not at my house...

Glad to hear you're digging the Egg! I can attest that it is a lot of fun even if your spouse doesn't share your passion for the Egg!.

    Thanks for the welcomes!

No way can a girl cook on the EGG

I'm completely happy helping with the prep work and camera work! We do most everything together....we work together, fish bass tournaments, ride our Harley's, even share the cooking and cleaning. It may not work for all couples but for us, it's the way we like it!!!

Oh yeah, as far as a pic of Jake, I'll have to take some new ones. He's almost 9 and only weighs 120lbs now. Such a sweet baby!
