Question: what should be the first cook on the new mini tomorrow night for the wife and me? Bearing in mind I haven't rec'd the mini kim woo yet. :unsure:

(note: I think Julie's on to something - we all should bring out mini kim woos to ATL for Kim to autograph :evil:)

Congratulations, looking at all the posts tonight it is a mini night, so far 3 new mini's.

Without the woo, just put in less lump. Cook whatever tickles your fancy, it all tastes great, just in a smaller package.

Don't smile when you put lump in, it sure doesn't take much.

the best part is picking through your lump and trying to find smaller pieces LOL my last bag of wicked good had three pieces as big as my mini! made me think about an XL
