Naked Cordon Bleu

Never tried a grilled cordon bleu before. This turned out really well (sans bread crumbs), will definitely do it again.

Thinly sliced chicken breasts, spread a mixture of dijon and mayo on top, sprinkled with Dizzy Dust, then the ham & swiss.

Rolled up, secured with toothpicks, sprinled with DD on outside

Chunk of cherry wood thrown in, cokked direct @ 375, pulled at 160 (about 20 mins. Asparagus in foil grill wrapper last 10 mins.

    you can use panko bread crumbs and mix in the pineapple head like molly said. dip in an egg wash and then the panko! yummy!

    Great color on the chicken....everything looks good....I have done them breaded with parm and bread crumbs with good success....you can see all of the details in the "cooks" section of my website...

    My wife picked up those foil grill wrappers somewhere. Package is gone so I don't even know who makes them. They come in handy though.
