I'm doing a London Broil tonight. I'm curouis if T-Rex's methond on cooking steaks holds true for this cut as well? This one is shaped more like a tenderloin.
If I don't hear otherwise, I will just do they old direct at 350* till done.

Wardster,[p]I like to grill direct myself, but the lady prefers it in the oven. So I did this 2.25 lber indirect @ 350* for 1 hr. Came out med well and was pretty good![p][p]
