The TREX Steak Spin on a Porter house

<p />Hey everyone I attempted the TREX method on a Porterhouse steak this weekend. I followed everthing from the recipe and didnt change a thing. Results were unfreggin believable. I posted the pictures on my webshots page. Oh and check out the Big Green Egg Album, I posted two new pictures.

Yes I let it set for the 20 min. I used mesquite and Jack Daniels Barrel.

your are so right about the 20 minute rest. . .its the only way i do steaks anymore. . .[p]btw. . .enjoyed the 'gina' show as well. . . .. :-)
